BLIS Holiday Charity Drives – Big Success!

In November and December, our BLIS families participated in two charity drives.  In a parent initiated and run toy drive, we were able to offer over 80 "gently loved" toys to under privileged children in the area.  Also, in a school directed project, we were able to work with local charity "Thanks Givers" to provide 6 large boxes of non-perishable food items to help feed homeless and under privileged families in the Basel area.

We thank all of our families who participated and are very proud to set a great example for our students, showing them that working together, we can make a huge impact and help others who are less fortunate than we are.
